The Cycling
Cycle at your own pace on designated cycle routes, away from the traffic.
Look at the scenery, stop as and when you like, visit places of interest along the route, take a refreshment stop, enjoy a nice lunch out.
The cycle tours are easily managed by people of all ages – no racing, pacing or rough terrain. Enjoy the gentle exercise – it’ll do you good!
